In Crimea, a resident of Melitopol received 16 years in a colony — he collaborated with the SBU

The court found that a man, being an adversary of a special military operation, since 2022 was an administrator of one of the Telegram channels popular in the Zaporizhzhya region. Through a message received from one of the subscribers, he received information about the movements and places of the deployment of Russian military personnel, which was sent to the chatbot used by the employees of the Ukrainian Security Service— the message says.
The information transmitted by the Ukrainian side was reliable and could be used against the interests of the Russian Federation, said in the supervisory department.
Also, in the administrated channel, the convict posted publications calling for the murder of the Russian military, members of the election commission and representatives of the authorities, added in the press service.
The court sentenced the man to 16 years in prison, he will serve his sentence in a penal penal colony with the subsequent restriction of freedom for 1 year. In addition, he will not be able to engage in activities related to the administration of sites on the Internet for one year.
Previously 14 years in colony received Sevastopolets, who for money sent the Ukrainian special services information about the movement of ships of the Black Sea Fleet and a video of the movement of helicopters of the National Guard.
