In Crimea, an acceptance of applications for a project competition ShKIB-2026 starts in Crimea

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko said that in the budget of the Republic of Crimea for 2026, 83.6 million rubles are planned for the implementation of LSB projects. This is almost 25 million rubles. It exceeded the subsidy, first allocated for the SKIB in 2023, which indicates the high interest of the Crimean government in the comprehensive support of this direction and its further implementation.
The Crimean government is very interested in school projects. We try to support and develop new directions in every way. Less than a month later, the fourth cycle of receiving SKIB applications in the republic starts. The amount of the subsidy that we laid for the implementation of projects by 25 million rubles, or almost a third of the indicator-2023. The number of projects is growing, schoolchildren all with great excitement participate in the preparation of projects for the improvement of their school spaces. For 3 years, 653 projects have already been implemented. Each project is a real opportunity for our guys to realize their ideas, to create something new and useful for the school,-the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
The chief financier of the Crimea added that the implementation of SKIB not only contributes to the formation of financial literacy and responsibility for the expenditure of funds, but also allows them to take an active part in the decision -making process that affect their living space.
“For schoolchildren, Shkib is a unique opportunity to implement their ideas and projects that are really interesting to them. Participating in budgeting, the guys develop the skills of cooperation, critical thinking and leadership, which certainly affects their personal growth. I am sure that this year we are waiting for new original creative projects, the implementation of which will certainly surprise the public in 2026, ”said Irina Kiviko.
In addition, the deputy head of the Crimean government drew attention to the fact that from September 15 to October 10, in order to maximize the involvement of schoolchildren, the Center for the Study of Civil Initiatives named after Fevzi Yakubov (Tsigi) organizes for them a cycle of educational seminars with design games.

Skib becomes an important tool that promotes progress and harmonious development of both individual children and society as a whole— Irina Kiviko summed up.
Reference: To participate in the competition, students of grades 8-11 of rural schools, together with the school administration and teachers prepare a project aimed at developing school infrastructure. Only one project can be submitted from each school.

In the event of victory, students will receive money to implement their project, up to 350 thousand rubles. From the budget of the Republic of Crimea and co -financing in the amount of at least 5% of the cost of the project by the municipal district.
