In Crimea, from January 1, branches of Rosreestr and Roskadastre will begin work

Let us recall that on November 1, the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov signed a decree according to which the State Committee for Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea will abolished from January 1, 2026. Financing of activities related to the liquidation of the department will be carried out from the Crimean budget.

According to Anyukhina, This transition will not affect the quality of services provided to Crimeans.

From January 1, 2026, two new bodies will be created on the territory of the Republic of Crimea: the territorial department of Rosreestr for the Republic of Crimea and the territorial branch of Roskadastre. These bodies will be the legal successors of all powers and functions exercised by the State Registry Committee. These measures should in no way affect the quality of real estate registration services that are provided today, — said the Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea.

She added that the authorities have been working for a long time to ensure that the transition is “seamless” and completely invisible to the population.

The workforce of the State Registration Committee of the Republic of Crimea will remain and will be transferred to the staff of these federal structures; they will also be given the premises of the liquidated state committee, she added.

For all categories of applicants, everything will remain at the same level, only the name of the body will change, — emphasized the Deputy Prime Minister of the republic.
