In Crimea, reduced tax rates will continue to apply in 2026
Amendments to the law establishing the tax rate paid when applying the simplified taxation system for 2026 were adopted by the State Council of Crimea. About this on air radio «Sputnik in Crimea» said the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Committee on Economic, Budgetary, Financial, Investment and Tax Policy Olga Vinogradova.
The bill was introduced in the fall of 25, but after changes to the tax code it was suspended because it could not be adopted in the previous version. As soon as the government decree appeared, a revised version of the bill appeared, which allowed the Republic of Crimea to extend this right from January 1, 26 to the entire period. We approved it at the end of last week, and yesterday it was published on the official portal, but it has been distributed since January 1, 2026she added.
Olga Vinogradova noted that there are now more than 89 thousand entrepreneurs and enterprises in Crimea. Social businesses and IT sector groups have a minimum rate of 1% and 5%. In general, the rate for the simplified taxation system is regulated by the Tax Code at 6% and 15%. In the republic it is 4%, the expert clarified.
Thanks to the reduced rates, our entrepreneurs were able to effectively keep and use 7.5 billion rubles for the development of their enterprises. This is a very large amount, even if we compare it with the income of the Crimean budgetshe said.
Olga Vinogradova noted that in 2020, 17 thousand legal entities and 48 thousand individual entrepreneurs worked under the simplified taxation system in Crimea, and in 2025 — almost 20 thousand legal entities and almost 60 thousand individual entrepreneurs.
We see that there is a smooth, constant growth. And the opportunity for our entrepreneurs to maintain the reduced rate of the simplified taxation system in 2026 is primarily taken so that business can maintain its opportunities for jobs and development, – she concluded.
