In Crimea, support for the USE is higher among teachers and recent graduates
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The USE is approved by every third teacher and 36% of Crimeans under the age of 24. Representatives of the economically active population, including parents of 11-graders and teachers from Crimea, took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
Russia’s exit from the Bologna system again actualized the issue of the Unified State Examination: Rosobrnadzor even had to refute the rumors about its cancellation. However, it is quite possible that society would have reacted to such a decision with understanding: 2 out of 3 Crimeans (69%) are convinced that the Unified State Examination should be abolished. Only 21% believe that the USE is a worthy replacement for the outdated traditional form of certification. According to their observations, the introduction of unified testing has dramatically reduced the level of corruption in university admissions and made higher education more accessible to students from the regions.— noted in the press service of the service.
Every third teacher (34%) is a supporter of the Unified State Examination.
Young people under 24 approve of the USE much more often than those who are older (36%).
Among the parents of graduates, only 23% of respondents have a positive attitude towards the Unified State Exam.
