In Crimea, the results of the operational and preventive event “Informal” were summed up

More than 200 police officers took part in the event: juvenile affairs inspector, local police commissioners, criminal investigation department, center for countering extremism and representatives of other bodies and institutions of the prevention system, as well as public formations.

During the implementation of preventive measures, about 1,100 places of mass stay of minors were worked out, including more than 60 hostels, more than 50 computer clubs, about 120 bars, cafes, and other entertainment establishments, 460 courtyard areas, 1,500 parks and squares, 175 non-residential premises, 68 other places of concentration of the teenage element. During the activities carried out, 11 new places of concentration of minors were identified and worked out.

More than 135 offenses related to the work of the PDN were identified and documented, of which 30 were committed by minors.

In relation to more than 90 legal representatives, a decision was made to bring to administrative responsibility for the facts of improper performance of their parental responsibilities; another 6 were brought in for the facts of minors under the age of sixteen being intoxicated, or consuming (drinking) alcohol and alcohol-containing products. During the period of the operation, employees of the territorial internal affairs bodies drew up administrative protocols in relation to 4 persons on the facts of involving minors in the use of alcohol and alcohol-containing products, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances or intoxicating substances, in relation to 3 persons administrative protocols were drawn up on the facts of the retail sale of alcoholic products to minors, 3 citizens were brought to administrative responsibility for the facts of beating minors.
