In Crimea, they launched the first module of the Professional Retraining Program «Heroes of Crimea»

In the Republic of Crimea, the first module of the regional personnel program “Heroes of Crimea” was launched, the deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Albert Kurshutov took part in its opening, who, on behalf of the head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, greeted the participants and answered the questions that interests them.
The importance of this project is difficult to overestimate — it is important for the country, for the republic and for all participants. Because each of them has passed a large selection of a very huge number of people. And those who are here today turned out to be the best. After training, they will take leading posts in the state or municipal service. After all, these are exactly those people who can make the only right decision in any situation. Behind them is our future,-said Deputy Prime Minister.
According to Albert Kurshutov, in the framework of the first module, the participants will immerse in the study of the topic “State Politics and System of State Administration”.
The main goal of the program is to prepare highly qualified, competent managers from among the participants in a special military operation for subsequent work in the authorities, as well as enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Crimea. In order to conduct selection for the educational part of the program, three test stages were carried out: filling out a questionnaire and writing an essay, online testing and interviewing. 904 applications were submitted to participate in the program.
The program is implemented on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. It consists of 4 modules, each of which will be implemented through an academic block, workshops and meetings with mentors, exits to specialized organizations, sports and cultural tracks, internships. Also, additionally, the program involves individual support of personality-professional and career development.
After completing the training and protection of qualification work, participants receive a diploma of professional retraining for professional activities in the field of state and municipal administration.
