The Crimea was proposed to reduce the requirements for the participants for the participants when appointing to state and municipal positions. Such a bill was made by the chairman of the Committee of the State Council on State Construction and Local Self -Government Roman Shantaev at a meeting of the parliament. He emphasized that the initiative “affects not just the norms of the law, but a particular attitude of the state towards those who protect and defend its interests.”

According to the project, to replace the highest posts in the authorities, the participants will be enough for two years of municipal or public service or four years of work in the specialty instead of the current four and five years, respectively.

For the main posts, the requirements are proposed to reduce to one year of municipal or civil service or two years of work in the specialty.
