In Crimea, this year, for orphans, they want to purchase 215 apartments at the expense of the budget

The issue of the quality of housing purchased for orphans is of fundamental importance. Since 2015, more than 1 billion rubles have been allocated to provide housing for orphans. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya at a meeting of the Coordinating Council for the protection of housing and property rights of orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among them in Crimea.

From 2015 to 2022, 809 apartments were purchased. For 2023, funds in the amount of 849.8 million rubles are provided from various sources of financing. The federal budget — 163.2 million rubles, the budget of the Republic of Crimea — 558.6 million rubles, local budgets — 128.0 million rubles. In total, it is planned to purchase 215 residential premises in 2023the Deputy Prime Minister said.

This year, the average market value of one square meter of housing in the Crimea is 101.6 thousand rubles. The cost of one dwelling, respectively, is almost three and a half million rubles.

As of March 31, work is underway to purchase residential premises in 25 municipalities of the Republic of Crimea. 46 municipal contracts for the purchase of residential premises were concluded: Armyansk (3), Dzhankoy (1), Kerch (1), Krasnoperekopsk (3), Saki (5), Feodosia (1), Bakhchisarai (1), Dzhankoy (6), Krasnogvardeisky (8), Nizhnegorsky (7), Razdolnensky (1), Saki (5), Simferopol (1), Soviet (2), Black Sea (1). Residential premises were purchased in full at the expense of the federal and republican budgets by municipalities: Saki, Nizhnegorsky, Sovetsky, Saksky districts— reported in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.

According to Elena Romanovskaya, heads of administrations are personally responsible for the timing and quality of housing provided to orphans.

In municipalities, it is necessary to strengthen the work of interdepartmental commissions for the acceptance of residential premises.
