For the illegal acquisition of firearms, the Evpatoria City Court of the Republic of Crimea 27 May 2022 of the year chose measures of restraint for citizen «K» in the form of house arrest for a period of 2 months and citizen » K» in the form of detention for a period of 2 months.

In the course of the investigation of another criminal case, the bodies of the military investigation department of the investigative committee established signs of a crime under paragraph «a» part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. It has been established that the citizens purchased firearms from their friend — an AK machine gun, the press service of the Yevpatoriya City Court reported.
