In Evpatoria, a solemn handing over of keys to apartments to citizens from among the rehabilitated peoples of Crimea, who are on a separate apartment register of deported citizens of Evpatoria, took place. New apartments were received by 67 citizens who have been on the waiting list since 1991.
Today is an important day that many of you have been waiting for decades. 67 citizens became the owners of new apartments. It is worth noting that there are 169 families on the apartment register, so additional work will be carried out. Congratulations to all recipients of new apartments! I wish you well-being, happiness and comfort in your new home!— quotes the press service of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Mikhail Nazarov.
The construction of a 108-apartment building was carried out as part of the implementation of the “Ensuring interethnic harmony” direction of the State Program for the Development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. The house was built according to all modern quality standards. In the courtyard there is a playground, a sports field, as well as a large parking lot. Nearby are kindergartens and schools.
The event was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Edip Gafarov, Chairman of the State Committee for Interethnic Relations of the Republic of Crimea Aider Tippa and Head of the Administration of the city of Evpatoria Elena Demidova.
