In Feodosia, the prosecutor's office is forcing the administration to demolish dangerous emergency houses

The prosecutor’s office of Feodosia conducted an audit of the implementation of housing legislation. It was established that on the territory of the city there are four apartment buildings, which are recognized as emergency and subject to demolition, and the residents of which are resettled in connection with this. At the same time, for a long period of time, from 8 to 10 years, the city administration does not take measures to demolish emergency houses.

Under such circumstances, taking into account the degree of accidents of houses, the structural elements of which are in the process of destruction and pose a threat of collapse, the prosecutor’s office of the city filed claims with the court on imposing an obligation on the administration of the city of Feodosia to take measures to demolish apartment buildings located along Kolodyazhny, Meliorators, Oktyabrskaya and Pimenovthe prosecutor’s office said.

By court decisions, two claims of the prosecutor’s office on the demolition of dangerous objects along Kolodzhyanoy and Pimenov streets were satisfied in full, two more are under consideration.
