In Feodosia, two entrepreneurs, without relevant permits, placed non -stationary objects: shadow canopies and three bungalows, on the territory of the summer venue of the coast -consuming structure owned by the state. The city administration responded to these violations, applying to courts. According to the court decisions, the defendants were ordered to demolish unauthorized non -stationary objects. Entrepreneurs did not fulfill the court decisions. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department in Theodosia of the Main Directorate instituted enforcement proceedings against debtors. However, citizens ignored the legal requirements of an employee of enforcement agencies.
Taking this fact into account, the bailiff made a ban on the commission of registration actions with the objects to be demolished and temporarily limited the Feodosians in the right to go beyond Russia. Also, for the untimely implementation of the court decisions, the bailiff of the department issued a decision to recover from debtors of the performing fee in the amount of 5 thousand rubles from each. In addition, entrepreneurs were repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 17.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for non -fulfillment of the requirements of a non -property nature contained in the executive document with the appointment of an administrative punishment in the form of administrative fines. But even after that, citizens did not draw the proper conclusions.
In the future, the bailiff of the department proposed the recoverer to exercise the right to independently fulfill the requirements of an executive document of a non-property nature. The claimant took advantage of this right, resorting to the services of a third party — one of the construction companies of the city. Subsequently, under the control of the bailiff of the department, in the presence of debtors and the recoverer, witnesses and police officers, a construction company began demolition of unauthorized non -stationary facilities. After a few days, the summer site of the coastal structure was released. After that, an employee of the enforcement agencies drew up acts on the execution of court decisions. The money spent by the recoverer for the payment of specialists of a construction company will be recovered from debtors on a compulsory basis.
