In Kerch, the prosecutor's office established the fact of illegal privatization of a land plot of the coastal zone

The prosecutor’s office of Kerch conducted an audit of compliance with the requirements of land legislation. Outcome — the fact of illegal privatization of a land plot located within the borders of the Black Sea coastline was revealed

It was established that, in violation of the requirements of the law, the local administration, on the basis of an auction, concluded a contract for the sale of a land plot located in a 20-meter coastal strip of the Black Sea, which was transferred to private ownershipthe prosecutor’s office said.

In this regard, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recognize the contract of sale of the above land plot as invalid. The course of consideration of a civil case is under the control of the supervisory authority.
