The main investigative department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol completed the investigation of the criminal case against the director of the public catering enterprise accused of non -payment of wages to employees (part 2 of article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigative department of the city of Krasnoperekopsk established that from February 2024 to June 2025, the head of the organization allowed the full non -payment of wages for employees worth more than 200 thousand rubles. In parallel to the accounts of the enterprise in the specified period, funds were regularly received, so the director had the opportunity to pay the due amount to employees. At the same time, the head of the company, in violation of the current legislation, spent the available funds for other needs of the enterprise.
Investigators conducted the necessary investigative and other procedural actions aimed at restoring the violated rights of the inhabitants of Krasnoperekopsk. The wage arrears to employees are fully repaid.
The investigation of the criminal case has been completed, the materials were sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
