In Moscow they talked about the energy security of Sevastopol
Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Alexander Novak met with the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and discussed the implementation of the social economic development program, as well as issues of fuel and energy security of Sevastopol. The mayor of the city announced this in his Telegram channel.
According to Razvozhaev, the main issues raised were the construction of new boiler houses, reconstruction of heating networks and gasification of villages.
In particular, the head of the city reported to the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation that the construction of five gas block-modular boiler houses is being completed in Sevastopol.
In the boiler house on Menzhinsky Street and in two boiler houses on Pobedy Avenue, installation work and installation of chimneys have been completed, and the installation of on-site utility networks is underway. The boiler houses on Mekhanizatorov and General Melnik streets are at a high level of readiness,” Razvozhaev said.
He noted that there will be eleven such new boiler houses in total. They will operate in the heat supply zone of the Sevastopol Thermal Power Plant and will ensure high-quality heat supply to homes, the head of the city specified.
Also, under the regional project “Modernization of utility infrastructure” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, we are reconstructing six sections of heating networks in different areas of the cityadded Razvozhaev.
Also, according to Razvozhaev, during the conversation it was noted that in 2026 gas will be available to residents of five villages in the Baydarka Valley: Peredovoye, Shirokoye, Ozernoye, Orlinoye and Tylovoye.
We are now completing the construction of a 19.5-kilometer high-pressure gas pipeline from the gas distribution station located in Ternovka to the gas distribution point in Peredovoy. From here the gas will go to intra-village networks. As of today, the installation of the gas pipeline is 99% complete.”– shared Razvozhaev.
According to him, final tests for the tightness and strength of the system will be carried out at the facility in the near future, and then commissioning work will begin.
In parallel, low-pressure intra-village gas pipelines are being built, and Sevastopolgaz is engaged in the technological connection of households, the governor emphasized.
It was previously reported that the program for the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol has been extended until 2030.
