In Saki, a local resident turned to the police, who said that he had become a victim of a robbery. A 40-year-old man said that the crime was committed at his place of residence. The subject of the criminal encroachment was his smartphone, which was openly stolen by his new friend. According to the victim, the amount of damage caused to him amounted to about 10 thousand rubles.
In the course of operational-search activities, police officers quickly identified the suspect. A 35-year-old resident of one of the villages in the Saki region pleaded guilty. The woman said that she handed over the stolen smartphone to a thrift store, and spent the money earned for it on personal needs.— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
Employees of the criminal investigation department found, seized and returned the stolen smartphone to the owner. The interrogating officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Robbery». A Crimean woman with no previous convictions faces a sentence of 180 hours of compulsory labor to 4 years in prison.
