In Sevastopol, a forty-year-old “dytyna”, angry with his mother, grabbed a knife. Of course there was alcohol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The police found that a 41-year-old local resident, who lived with his mother in the same apartment, often abused alcohol.
The next morning he decided to start with strong drinks and behaved too loudly. Tired of enduring the noise coming from her son’s room, the 68-year-old woman asked him to calm down and go to bed. But there was no response, and then the pensioner repeated the demand more insistently, which is why a verbal skirmish broke out between the relatives. Inflamed by alcohol, the man grabbed a knife and wounded his mother in the arm. The woman was afraid for her life and health, ran into another room and turned to the police for help.
The local police commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Leninsky district, who promptly arrived at the scene of the incident, detained the violent brawler. As it turned out during the inspection, this apartment had previously been visited by law enforcement officers due to a similar situation that occurred between the suspect and his mother, for which the man had already been prosecuted, but did not take the path of correction— the details of the family drama were announced in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.
Currently, the department of inquiry has opened a criminal case against the defendant under Part 1 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Threat of murder or infliction of grievous bodily harm”; he faces up to two years in prison.
