In Sevastopol, a man grew narcotic plants and mushrooms at home — for sale
Employees of the drug control department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Leninsky district detained a 32-year-old suspect who grew hemp and psilocin mushrooms at home, made narcotic drugs from them and sold them to friends.
The man in his apartment created all the necessary conditions for growing hemp: he installed two greenhouses with all the necessary equipment for hemp bushes, and also prepared myceliums. He collected the resulting crop and dried it for further sale. So, during an operational search operation, he sold to one of the buyers for 5,500 rubles two packages of marijuana weighing about 1.4 grams and two packages of psilocin weighing about 4.8 grams.
The criminal activities of the suspect were stopped by drug control operatives, who, during an inspection of his apartment, discovered greenhouses with 11 hemp bushes, 16 myceliums in which psilocin mushrooms grew, as well as ready-to-eat products. In total, at the place of residence of the drug farmer, the police seized more than 900 grams of the narcotic drug marijuana and more than 70 grams of psilocin, — details of the case were announced by the department’s press service.
