In Sevastopol, a woman robbed her friends. They, of course, were offended

The story is this: a 43-year-old resident of Sevastopol was experiencing financial difficulties, to solve which she resorted to the “help” of her friends. As they say, “don’t have a hundred rubles, but have a hundred friends.”

So, having come to visit a 39-year-old friend, over a cup of tea the woman tearfully asked her to borrow money in order to improve her financial situation. Of course, my friend agreed to help and immediately went to the sideboard where she kept her savings. Having counted out 30 thousand rubles, she returned the rest of the cash, and she went to the balcony to smoke. A careless guest took advantage of the absence of the apartment owner. While no one was looking, she took the remaining money and, as if nothing had happened, left, causing damage in the amount of 92 thousand rubles.

The attacker made her next visit to her 33-year-old friend. Also taking advantage of her absence from the room, the guest decided to check the contents of the box, in which she found three gold rings worth 225 thousand rubles. Without thinking twice, the woman took them for herself, after which she calmly drank tea with the hostess and went home. She later sold the jewelry to a thrift store, and used the proceeds and the money stolen earlier to pay off debts and pay utility bills, — reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.

When the victims noticed their property was missing, they realized that their friend might be involved. Employees of the criminal investigation department of the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky district came to the rescue.

The investigative department has opened criminal cases against the suspect under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”, she faces up to five years in prison.
