In Sevastopol, a woman tried to sell drugs through “master treasures”
Employees of the Drug Control Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol detained a local resident. She is suspected of attempting to sell prohibited substances on a large scale.
It has been previously established that a 37-year-old woman, while under investigation for possession and sale of drugs, purchased a large batch of “synthetics” in the shadow segment of the Internet. She brought the illegal cargo home for packaging in small wholesale quantities, the so-called “master treasures,” and their subsequent sale through caches.
She did not have time to implement her plans — as a result of operational search activities, her illegal activities were documented and suppressed by police drug control operatives. During the inspection of her apartment, plastic bags with crystals, powder and tablets were found and seized, as well as a mobile phone, bank cards, high-precision electronic scales and packaging materials — Zip-lock plastic bags and electrical tape.,” the department’s press service reported.
The results of forensic studies showed that the seized substances were synthetic drugs: alpha-PVP, clephedrone and ecstasy with a total weight of about 700 grams.
An investigator of the investigative unit of the Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime provided for in Part 3 of Article 30 and paragraph “d” of Part 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The defendant was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention.
