CrimeaPRESS reports:

Sevastopol young families continue to receive a one-time payment for the third or subsequent child born from January 1, 2025. This measure is provided as part of the implementation of the federal project “Large Family” of the national project “Family”.

The right to payment is granted to one of the parents residing in the territory of Sevastopol at the place of residence (stay), provided that the age of each of the married spouses or the only parent on the date of filing the application does not exceed 35 years inclusive.

A one-time payment is made in the amount of 300 thousand rubles at the birth of the third child in a young family, and in the case of the birth of two or more children, the payment is made for each child. Since the beginning of 2025, 96 families with 97 children have received support. It is important to note that when determining the right to payment, children in respect of whom parents are deprived or limited in parental rights, as well as those who are under guardianship or have been placed under guardianship from a young family are not taken into account,” said Lyudmila Vorobyova, Deputy Head of the Department for the Methodology of Providing Social Support of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

You must apply for a lump sum payment within six months of the child’s birth. The application can be submitted to the MFC or to Department of Targeted Social Support of the Population.
