In Sevastopol, almost 100 large young families received 300 thousand rubles in the framework of the National Project «Family»
CrimeaPRESS reports:
1) passport or other document proving the identity of the applicant;
2) birth certificates of the child/children issued by the competent authority of a foreign state and their notarized translation into Russian;
3) certificates of adoption of a child/children issued by the civil registry office or consular office of the Russian Federation;
4) a marriage certificate issued by a competent authority of a foreign state and its notarized translation into Russian;
5) death certificate of the applicant’s spouse, issued by the competent authority of a foreign state, and its notarized translation into Russian;
6) a rental agreement for residential premises, a court decision, another document issued by the competent authority containing information about residence in Sevastopol — in the absence of confirmed registration at the place of residence (stay) in the city of Sevastopol;
7) a document proving the identity and powers of the applicant’s representative — in case of filing an application through a representative;
8) a document confirming the details of an account with a credit institution opened in the name of the applicant (bank deposit (account) agreement, a certificate from a credit institution about account details or other documents containing information about account details).
