The opening of a new office increased the availability and quality of services for residents of the northern side of the city, providing comfortable conditions for gas connections, paying bills and receiving consultations. The new center was an important step in modernizing the gas consumer service system.

We have formed a plan for the development of the enterprise precisely in the framework of ensuring the availability and comfort of obtaining services by citizens. In the new Center of Sevastopolgaz, citizens can receive a full range of services related to gas supply: apply for dumping or technological connection, consult on charges, payment and verification of accounts, as well as issue or re -register gas supply and maintenance contracts. In addition, payments for the consumed gas, readings of metering devices and applications for maintenance of house equipment are accepted here.

The center is designed for high throughput: three service specialists and one master are involved in its work, which provides an appointment of about 72 subscribers per day. The state of experts is able to provide services to more than 1.5 thousand visitors per month. This allows minimizing the waiting time and increase the effectiveness of interaction with visitors.

Additionally, the center operates two cash desks, each of which serves about 400 customers per day. At the same time, the average reception time of one client is only 2-3 minutes, which makes the process as operational as possible.
