In Sevastopol, in an affordable housing project, more than 60% of apartments have already been purchased

A project for the construction of affordable housing for 153 apartments on the street is being implemented in the region. Gorpishchenko, 111. Construction readiness of the facility is 10%. Apartments in a new building are sold fully finished on a turnkey basis. The fixed cost per square meter is 147 thousand rubles, which is approximately 30% lower than the average price in the city’s real estate market. The apartments are already equipped with double-circuit gas boilers, which provide autonomous heating and allow future residents to save on utility bills.

Citizens who have the right to purchase affordable housing can purchase apartments. The list of preferential categories includes large families, recipients of maternity capital, young families, specialists working in state and municipal bodies, enterprises and city institutions, orphans, citizens resettled from dilapidated housing.

Buyers can take advantage of the Family Mortgage program. The interest rate on it does not exceed 6% per annum, the down payment is 20%, and the maximum loan amount is 6 million rubles. The program is available to families with at least one child under six years of age or two minor children.

Large families receive additional support: they can count on up to 1 million rubles to repay their mortgage loan (450 thousand rubles from the federal budget and 550 thousand from the regional budget). The support measure is available to families in which a third or subsequent child was born between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027, with a valid mortgage.

Particular attention is paid to creating a barrier-free environment. Three apartments are equipped for people with limited mobility, have a separate entrance and a ramp located at the back of the building.

The surrounding area will be landscaped according to modern standards: there will be two children’s playgrounds, a recreation area for adults, a sports ground and a dog walking area.
