Sevastopol families who submitted applications for a one -time payment of 5,000 rubles for children from 0 to 18 years old and received a refusal in connection with errors in statements will be able to submit applications re -submitting until November 15.
The following documents (information) are attached to the application:
1) a passport or another document certifying the applicant and citizenship of the Russian Federation;
2) on the state registration of birth, or the birth certificate of a child/children issued by the competent authority of a foreign state, and their notarized translation into Russian;
3) certificates of adoption of a child/children issued by the authority of the acts of civil status or the consular institution of the Russian Federation;
4) about the guardian (trustee) of the child (children) in respect of whom the application was submitted (in the case of the establishment of guardianship (trusteeship) by the competent authority of a foreign state);
5) documents confirming the fact of the applicant’s permanent residence in Sevastopol:
— a document confirming registration at the place of residence in Sevastopol;
— certificate of registration at the place of stay in Sevastopol — in the absence of registration at the place of residence;
— other documents confirming the place of residence in the city of Sevastopol (the contract of hiring a dwelling that is valid on the date of filing an application; a document confirming the ownership of a citizen to a dwelling; a court decision; a different document issued by a competent authority containing information about living in Sevastopol);
6) a document certifying and the powers of the applicant’s representative (in the case of submitting an application through a representative);
7) consent to the processing of personal data when submitting an application through the MFC in a form approved by order of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Sevastopol.
The recipient of payment is one of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians, trustees), who is a citizen of the Russian Federation living in the territory of Sevastopol. Also, a one -time payment is assigned without taking into account the criterion of need and regardless of other social support measures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. To date, payments were made for 79,304 children. The remaining statements in the work— said the deputy director of the department, head of the department of methodology for the provision of social support, Evgeny Pytko.
It was originally planned that the acceptance of applications would last until October 1. By the decision of the governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, until November 15, the parents will be able to file those parents who refused to pay due to technical errors-for example, if the details of the bank account, passport data, SNILS, registration data, and so on were incorrectly indicated.
Support for families with children is one of the priorities of the state. The implementation of measures continues as part of the new national project «Family».
