On November 11, 2025, the notary of the city of Sevastopol, Inna Valentinovna Khlobystova, received citizens in the Verkhnesadovsky municipal district of the city of Sevastopol as part of on-site events in remote municipalities of the city to provide free legal assistance.
At the reception, issues of notarization of transactions and other issues related to the execution of documents with the participation of a notary were discussed. All citizens who applied received legal assistance during the on-site reception. The appeal of the population during such receptions confirms the demand and relevance of targeted free legal assistance to residents of remote areas.
