In Sevastopol on November 17 — restrictions on the sale of alcohol

On November 17, 2025, in Sevastopol, in connection with events dedicated to International Student Day, retail sales of alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Restrictions do not apply to the retail sale of alcoholic beverages by organizations, peasant (farm) enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, recognized agricultural producers, and to the retail sale of beer, beer drinks, cider, poire, mead, carried out by individual entrepreneurs, peasant (farm) enterprises when providing public catering services.

Entrepreneurs are recommended to ensure that customers are informed about the ban on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages on November 17, 2025 in a clear and accessible form.

Violation of these norms is punishable by an administrative fine of 20 to 40 thousand rubles for officials and from 100 to 300 thousand rubles for legal entities.
