Activists of the All-Russian Popular Front conducted the first 2023 year monitoring of the objects of the national project “Safe High-Quality Roads”. Today, together with employees of the Directorate for the Development of Road Transport Infrastructure, they checked the repaired roads of the Nakhimovsky district — the streets of January 9, 1st Bastionnaya and Admiral Makarov.
The All-Russian People’s Front is a social movement that unites active and caring residents of the city. One of its tasks is to improve the quality of life and protect the rights of citizens. For this reason, we regularly arrange joint site visits. Next week, another monitoring of road construction by experts from the Popular Front will take place, — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Alexander Shiryaev, deputy director of the directorate for the development of road transport infrastructure.
According to Maksim Mishin, a member of the regional headquarters of the Popular Front, the road works were carried out with high quality.
Today, the highways of Sevastopol are being built with high quality and ahead of schedule. We consider it our duty to recall the importance of an integrated approach. First of all, we make sure that the roads are safe and convenient for all road users. It is necessary to pay due attention to the arrangement of an accessible environment, to take care of the needs of people with limited mobility, and to lay the curb stone with high quality. This is the only way to take care of the safety of pedestrians , says Maxim Mishin.
During the next monitoring, the activists will visit all 17 facilities repaired and put into operation in January 2023 of the year.
Recall that this year in Sevastopol, according to the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», more than 100 facilities, including five bridges, will be repaired.
