In Sevastopol, prices for chicken, milk, beets and cabbage went down. What did you grow up on?

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Market noted that beets, white cabbage, chicken meat and shelf-stable milk have fallen in price especially noticeably.

The price of cucumbers, onions, carrots, apples and rice increased slightly, which is explained by an increase in the selling price.

To provide the population with socially significant essential food products at economically reasonable prices, a Memorandum of Understanding has been extended between the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Market and the regional retail chains “Yabloko”, “Fresh”, “Leader”, “PUD”, “Wild Honey”, “5M Gourmet”, “4M”, “7M Without Prices”, which allows us to prevent unreasonable growth of retail prices for socially important food products. To date, the participants in the Memorandum are 10 retail chain trade organizations, including 122 retail outlets.

This week, a control raid took place at the Big Apple hypermarket. We note that the full list of goods under the Memorandum is presented for sale, all of them are marked with bright blue price tags with wobblers. All information is located on the “customer’s corner” — also in blue, for ease of perception. By agreement, retail chains have established a minimum or zero trade margin (from 0% to 15%) for a certain list of basic socially significant goods, which helps prevent unreasonable price increases in the city,” explained the head of the department’s consumer market department, Ksenia Kazandzhieva.

In addition, during the events, special attention is paid to the rules for marking goods with identification means. Using the Honest Sign mobile application, department employees and buyers themselves can check the authenticity of products, their origin and expiration date. This allows you to avoid purchasing expired or counterfeit goods.

Buyer demand for goods under the Memorandum in Sevastopol remains high, so the department plans to further expand the list of goods and attract new participants.
