In Sevastopol punished excessively «trans-Ukrainian» lady — discredited the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation

In Sevastopol, the Leninsky District Court considered the case of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security”), in relation to a 40-year-old local resident.
The court found that in the period from 04/13/2022 to 03/24/2023, the woman posted on her page on the Odnoklassniki social network publications that contained texts and images aimed at distorting and discrediting the tasks of using the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation themselves, which are used outside the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of generally recognized principles and norms of international lawaccording to the press service of the court.
At the hearing, the woman pleaded guilty. The court, having examined the evidence presented, taking into account the circumstances mitigating and the absence of aggravating administrative liability, imposed a relatively mild punishment on the «trans-Ukrainian» — a fine of 30,000 rubles.
