The Sevastopol police said: it was previously established that a 67-year-old man (a capital guest) came to the supermarket under the guise of a buyer and, choosing the products he liked, immediately put them in his backpack.
So in his bag he found: cognac, pink salmon, beef, fried nuts and sprats totaling almost three thousand rubles. The store security guards saw his actions on surveillance cameras and, after waiting for the attacker at the exit, asked him to go into the service area. However, instead, the visitor took out a stationery knife, threatened him with it and disappeared. He managed to consume the stolen products— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.
The local police commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Gagarinsky district identified the suspect and detained him. Investigators from the territorial police department have opened a criminal case against the defendant under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery”. The sanction of the article provides for up to ten years in prison.
