In Sevastopol, the case of a member of the organizing group, from whom more than 60 grams of “salt” intended for sale was confiscated, went to court
The prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 32-year-old local resident.
She is charged under Part 3 of Art. 30 – clause “d”, part 4, art. 228.1 (attempt at illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed using the Internet, by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, on a large scale). According to investigators, in August 2025, the woman entered into a conspiracy with unidentified persons who were selling drugs in an online store. Using the Telegram messenger, she received information from accomplices about the location of a large batch of the narcotic drug “clephedrone” with a total weight of more than 62 grams. The drug was packaged in 49 packages. The accused was going to place them in hiding places for retail sale to customers in Sevastopol. Taking half the packages with her, on September 19, 2025, she left the house and went to set up hiding places, but police officers detained her. The entire amount of narcotic drugs that was with her, and also stored at her place of residence, was confiscated,” the details of the case were announced by the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor’s office.
The investigation of the criminal case was carried out by the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol.
The district prosecutor’s office sent the criminal case to the Nakhimovsky District Court of Sevastopol for consideration on the merits.
Materials regarding the woman’s accomplices have been separated into separate proceedings.
