In Sevastopol, the prosecutor's office sent to court a criminal case on attempted murder

In Sevastopol, the prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 35-year-old local resident. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 — part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).
According to investigators, at the end of November 2022, in the evening, a man drank alcohol with his acquaintances near garages near the Malakhov Kurgan public transport stop. During a joint pastime, a conflict arose between the attacker and one of his acquaintances born in 2000. There was a scuffle, during which the accused hit the victim with a piercing-cutting object in the neck.
After that, the attacker left the scene, despite the continued bleeding of the victim. The death of the man did not occur due to the fact that a passer-by called an ambulance team, and medical workers provided assistance in a timely manner. The criminal case will be considered by the Nakhimovsky District Court of Sevastopol.
