In Sevastopol, the results of the second stage of the operational-preventive event “Illegal-2025” were summed up

During the period from October 13 to October 22, 2025, the second stage of the federal comprehensive operational and preventive operation “Illegal-2025” was carried out in the city, aimed at identifying and suppressing violations of migration legislation.
Operational and preventive measures were carried out by employees of services and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Sevastopol in places of compact stay (residence) of foreign citizens, their work activities, in order to identify and suppress channels of illegal migration, administrative offenses on the part of foreign citizens and crimes in the field of migration.
In total, during the raid, 257 administrative offenses in the field of migration were identified, including 55 protocols drawn up against foreign citizens staying in the Russian Federation illegally, and 34 protocols against citizens who carried out labor activities in violation of the law.
Also, employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol identified a foreign citizen who evaded the execution of an administrative penalty in the form of administrative deportation from the Russian Federation through a controlled independent departure. An administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Part 3 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and a resolution was issued on forced deportation from the Russian Federation.
During the period of the operation, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Sevastopol made 7 decisions regarding administrative expulsions from the Russian Federation in the form of forced displacement in relation to foreign citizens.
These activities aimed at identifying offenses in the field of migration legislation are under constant control by the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol and are carried out on a regular basis.
