On September 30, Vice President Maxim Yurchenko took part in a meeting on the provision of free legal assistance to participants in a special military operation and members of their families, organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister Beskhmelnitsyn Maxim Mikhailovich, Auditor of the Accounts Chamber Svetlana Yuryevna Orlova, Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Nikolaevna Moskalkova, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Anna Yuryevna Kuznetsova, representatives of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, representatives of the Federal Notary Chamber and the Federal Chamber of Lawyers.
We discussed the current situation, initiatives and innovations of government authorities in the field of providing assistance to participants of the Military Military District, members of their families, rehabilitation of wounded military personnel, provision of benefits, including the provision of notary services. We agreed to continue and improve the system of interdepartmental interaction and prompt resolution of emerging problems. Vice-President of the FNP Zylevich Svetlana Yuryevna spoke about the provision of benefits to SVO participants and members of their families for notarial acts for 9 months of this year in the amount of over 700 million rubles, about the charitable assistance provided by notaries to SVO fighters and proposed specific measures to improve the access of privileged categories of citizens to notarial services.
