Now, thanks to our work with developers, participation in household, we manage to receive high -quality housing in new houses under construction with all the necessary infrastructure. Guys, you are no longer children for a long time, you are young people, adults. Many of you have already acquired families. Two of those who receive apartments today fulfill the tasks of a special military operation. Protect their homeland. I am sure that it will be more pleasant for them to find out that the state provided them with housing. And, of course, they, when they return, will be able to arrange their families here,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.
In each apartment, a finished repair was carried out, plumbing, suspended ceilings, wallpaper, lighting were completely installed; There is a sink and an electric plate with an oven in the kitchen. Everything is prepared so that the guys can immediately call here.
Ensuring the housing of orphans has already become a good tradition. And an integrated approach allows us to conduct such serious presentations today. 26 apartments are a rather serious contribution for the city— said the prosecutor of Sevastopol Andrei Shevtsov.
Previously, the issue of providing orphans with housing in Sevastopol was extremely acute. Thanks to systemic work with the prosecutor’s office, the queue was significantly reduced. The work is in several directions: this is the purchase of apartments in new buildings, and the repair of apartments in already built houses, and the allocation of housing certificates, and escrow accounts, when the government acts as a shareholder during the construction of MKD.
One of the new apartment was Alena Samoilova. The girl has already appreciated the repair of the living space:
The apartment is comfortable, bright, spacious. I wanted to have a lot of space in the kitchen and in the bedroom. I plan to equip everything beautifully in new housing— she shared.
In 2024, orphans, children left without parental care, gave the keys to 71 apartments.
