Today in Sevastopol, Yegor Farafontov, a fighter of the Wagner PMC, was seen off on his last journey.
Egor was born on June 4, 1998 in Orenburg. In 2018, he moved to live with his family in Sevastopol, worked as a cook. From the very beginning of the special military operation, he said that he considered it his duty to stand up for the Motherland. At the end of September 2022, he volunteered for the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic as part of the Wagner PMC.
Egor Vladislavovich Farafontov courageously defended his country. In carrying out the task, he showed dedication and courage. Killed in the vicinity of Artemovsk (Bakhmut)— said the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.
For courage and heroism shown in the course of carrying out special tasks in the zone of the NVO, Yegor Farafontov was awarded the state award of the Russian Federation with the Medal «For Courage» (posthumously).
Egor Vladislavovich’s parents live in Sevastopol, so we buried our warrior today on the Walk of Fame at the Kalfa cemetery. Let’s remember our hero— said Razvozhaev.
