In Simferopol, a minor caused a fatal accident — a pedestrian died

According to preliminary data, on November 11, 2025, at about 19:30 in the village of Ukromnoye, Simferopol district, a 17-year-old teenager, without a driving license, while driving a CQR CB 300 pit bike, hit a pedestrian, born in 1962. As a result of a traffic accident, a man received fatal injuries. The minor was also injured and taken to a medical facility.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Simferopol region are establishing all the circumstances of the incident. An inspection is being carried out, based on the results of which a procedural decision will be made.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the teenager’s father in accordance with Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — improper performance of duties for the maintenance and education of minors. The materials were sent by the police to the Commission on Juvenile Affairs of the Simferopol District for a decision, — The details of the road accident were announced by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea.

- driving motorcycles by underage teenagers is a dangerous practice that should be stopped first of all by parents. Prevent children from having access to keys to any vehicles. Prohibit the driving of mopeds, scooters and motorcycles without a legal license and the necessary skills. Do not allow children to drive motor vehicles. Your control is the key to their safety!
