In Simferopol opened collection points for used batteries

The Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea, together with the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea, joined the All-Russian campaign «Ecosystem: Marathon of Green Affairs». On the Day of Ecologist and World Environment Day in Simferopol, five collection points for used batteries were opened on the basis of the Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea, the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea and its subordinate institutions.

Anyone can donate used batteries for recycling. Crimean volunteers will also inform citizens about the possibility of returning batteries to specialized points in order to improve the state of the environment.
