The prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 31-year-old resident of Simferopol. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car of the rules of the road or the operation of vehicles, which negligently entailed the infliction of grievous harm to human health).
According to the investigation, on February 4, 2022, the accused, driving a Nissan Teana, was moving along the road near house No. 9 on the street. Heroes of Stalingrad in Simferopol.
