In Sochi — the anniversary X All -Russian Week of Labor Protection. Crimea is participating

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya, heading the delegation of the Republic of Crimea, which included representatives of the inspectorate for labor, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea, other executive bodies, associations of trade unions, large enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Crimea, takes part in the anniversary of the tenth All -Russian Week of Labor Protection of Labor Labor (Vanot), which these days take place in the city of Sochi. From September 15 to September 18, more than 150 measures will be held in the federal territory of Sirius, devoted to topical issues of labor protection, employment and social protection of the population.
The forum gathered on its site over 10 thousand managers and specialists of federal and regional authorities, leading employers, representatives of trade union organizations, scientific and expert communities.
The main strategic theme of the business program of Nanot is “Police -saving is a guarantee of sustainable development”.
On September 15, the All -Russian Labor Protection Week was opened by youth day, on the same day a meeting of the BRICS countries on labor protection countries took place.
Today, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov presented the strategic report “Social Policy and the Labor Market: to achieve national development goals in modern challenges”.
The meeting participants discussed issues of increasing labor productivity in the field of social services, the tasks of the employment system in the future. According to the minister, the main areas of development in the social sphere should be: digitalization of services, the optimization of the load, the motivation of personnel, the formation of a reliable partnership with employers, the introduction of innovations in the personnel of Russia’s work.
The main theses that sounded in the report of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation: for large families, large families must be given to all family members, even if one parent is registered in the region, a map of family -oriented employers will be launched on the portal, an individual support for students will develop, and a comprehensive modernization of the employment service will continue.
Also, according to the minister, the maintenance of employees in production is one of the key factors for achieving our first national goal — the preservation of the population, strengthening health and increasing people’s well -being. The state pays special attention to this issue, we are aimed at gathering the best international experience in Russia.
The central event of Nonot will be a strategic plenary session on September 16, in the focus of which there will be issues of increasing labor productivity through the prism of security, challenges of platform employment, as well as national development goals in the field of human capital.
Particular attention on the forum is paid to the digital transformation of labor protection, small and medium-sized businesses, new approaches to the risk of labor supervision model, the issues of investigating accidents and law enforcement practice, as well as the development of personnel potential, including support measures provided for by the national project “personnel”, and the preservation of employees’ health, including the implementation of the implementation of Health -saving technologies in production.
In the context of solving strategic problems to strengthen human capital, the All -Russian Labor Week Week is a key platform for developing decisions that directly affect one of the main goals of the national project “personnel” — the preservation of the life and health of workers.
