In the Bakhchisaray district, the prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against the head of one of the departments of the local division of the Krymgazseti enterprise. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe).
According to investigators, the accused, being an official of the gas service, demanded from a local resident for the implementation of gasification of households in the village. Tennistoye, Bakhchisaray district, illegal reward in the amount of 150 thousand rubles. He promised to carry out gasification of the house without submitting an application of the established form and depositing funds into the cash desk of the institution— said the details in the prosecutor’s office.
After receiving part of the money, his illegal actions were suppressed by employees of the FSB of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and the internal affairs bodies.
The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the Bakhchisaray District Court for consideration on the merits.
