In the foothills of Chatyr-Dag, pyrotechnicians of the Ministry of Emergency Situations neutralized a mortar charge

28 April in the Simferopol region, on the pass, in the direction of Rutkovsky Lake, in the direction of Chatyr-Dag, pyrotechnics of the Special Marine Detachment of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea neutralized an explosive object from the times of the Great Patriotic War.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia discovered and identified an explosive object — a mortar mine (MM-81). Explosive item removed, transported and destroyed at a special site. Pyrotechnic work on neutralization was carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures , the emergency department said.

In total, 5 personnel and 2 pieces of equipment were involved in pyrotechnic work to neutralize an explosive object from the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
