In the Republic of Crimea, the results of the work of housing and communal services in 2025 were summed up

In 2025, as part of the implementation of the Regional Program, major repairs of more than 900 types of work were carried out in 787 apartment buildings worth about 5 billion rubles. Of these, 587 roofs, 65 facades, 239 units. elevator equipment.

The Minister noted that the Capital Repair Fund has disbursed record amounts. 979 works on major repairs of apartment buildings are planned to be completed in 2026. The main part of the work will be major repairs of roofs and VDIS. In terms of landscaping of courtyards and public areas, 394 projects were completed.”

In 2025, in the territory of municipalities of the Republic of Crimea, through the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea, improvement of 394 objects was carried out, for all budget levels 5,379.7 million rubles, including 108 public and 286 courtyard areas.

In 2025, work on such public spaces important for residents as:

• improvement of the park named after T.G. Shevchenko in Simferopol;
• improvement of the square in memory of those killed in the explosion of a residential building on the street. Nekrasova 67 in Evpatoria;
• the project “Scientific Playgrounds” of the Decade of Science and Technology was implemented at the address: Republic of Crimea, Alushta, Primorsky Park;
• improvement of the park in the village. Sunny Valley.

This year in the Republic of Crimea it is planned to improve 148 courtyards and 48 public areas.

Territories will be improved in all municipalities.

The most significant projects are the 11 public territories that won the All-Russian vote last year.

Citizens were given a choice — this is very important when people themselves form the agenda and say what and how they would like to do. Public hearings are held, design decisions are agreed upon with people, — the minister emphasized.

In 2025, the implementation of regional targeted programs for the resettlement of citizens from apartment buildings recognized as unsafe and subject to demolition before January 1, 2017 was completed.

In September 2025, a new Regional Program for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock, recognized as such after January 1, 2017, was formed and approved, part of the federal project “Housing” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. This program is the first stage of resettlement of citizens from residential buildings recognized as unsafe after 2017.

The program plans to resettle 2.4 thousand square meters in 2025-2026. m, improve the living conditions of 167 citizens living in 165 residential premises located in 23 emergency apartment buildings.
