In the Sevastopol village of Polyushko, roads leading to the homes of SVO participants and their family members are being improved

In the village of Polyushko, the first stage of improvement of roads leading to the houses of participants in the special military operation and members of their families has been completed. The task is not just to allocate land plots, but also to create all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life for people.

House construction is actively underway in Polyushka, so capital construction of intra-block roads is not practical at this stage. However, people already live here, so we need to provide comfort now.

On behalf of Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, the Directorate for the Development of Road Transport Infrastructure entered into a contract with Sevastopol Avtodor to carry out the work. The first priority was to create passages, since initially the site was an open field, and it was difficult to drive up for construction, especially in rainy weather.

I. o. Deputy Governor Pavel Ieno, on behalf of Mikhail Razvozhaev, checked the progress of work. To date, specialists have completely completed the foundation of the road. They used crushed stone as a material, which had previously been used at the construction site of retaining walls on Admiral Oktyabrsky Street. In total, more than four thousand tons of such crushed stone were used in the construction of roads in Polyushko. The use of crushed stone from another site allowed not only to save budget funds, but also to increase the length of improved roads from the planned 7 to 9 kilometers.

After completing the construction of houses and connecting to the main communications, workers will be able to move on to the next stage — paving the roads with the simultaneous arrangement of sidewalks and a pedestrian network.
