A new universal sports complex with a swimming pool will be built by an investor in the village of Molodezhnoye, Simferopol region. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

The project is aimed at organizing family leisure, physical education and sports, both for adults and for the younger generation, holding various sports competitions, holidays, competitionsthe Deputy Prime Minister said.

According to her, the project provides for the construction of a football field with an area of ​​2,400 square meters. meters, three tennis courts with a total area of ​​783 sq. meters, a two-story sports complex for fitness, sports dancing, an outdoor heated pool with an area of ​​375 sq. meters. A medical office, locker rooms, showers, parking, and amenities are also provided.

The volume of investments will be more than 64.4 million rubles, the implementation period is 9 years and 6 months. It is planned to create 15 new jobs.

Irina Kiviko said that currently 37 investment projects are being implemented in the Simferopol region with a total planned investment of 44.07 billion rubles in such sectors as construction, fuel and energy, trade and services, transport and logistics, industry, and sports. It is planned to create 1,372 jobs.

According to the vice-premier, the most attractive sectors for investment in the Simferopol region are housing construction, industry, trade and logistics, agriculture and transport.
