In the summer in Crimea, almost a third of guides’ rates are filled by members of Crimean student brigades
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Almost a third of the wages of conductors of passenger trains of the transport company Grand Service Express, which provides railway communication with the Crimean Peninsula, are closed by members of the Crimean student brigades, reported TASS Chairman of the Board of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups (RSO) Vladimir Kaidansky.
He said that the direction of guides in student brigades appeared only in 2019, it was created from scratch. The guys got their first experience at the Adler depot in Sochi.
Since 2021, our first teams began working with the Grand Service Express company; now they are filling a very large niche in terms of seasonal personnel. Of the approximately 700 people needed per season, 200 positions are filled by guys from the student teams of guides of the Republic of Crimea— said Kaidansky.
He added that the Crimean regional branch of the RSO plans to develop this area, but there is no need to put much effort into this, because students themselves show interest in this area, including due to high salaries.
