In the tourist and information centers of Sevastopol, more than 30 thousand people were consulted

The tourist and information centers (TIC) of Sevastopol, functioning as a structural unit of the tourism development center, help residents and guests of the city to navigate the tourist diversity of the region. In 2025, more than 30 thousand people received consultations on the tourist potential of Sevastopol — both in the centers themselves and through remote communication channels.

One of the key events was the opening of a new TIC in Victory Park. The center quickly gained popularity among tourists. In total, five tourist and information centers operate in Sevastopol, including mobile.

Particular attention is paid to educational work with schoolchildren. New excursion programs have been developed for schoolchildren, including the quest “In search of the secret cipher of the admiral”, and the already popular excursions “City by the Sea” and “Heritage of Admiral Lazarev” were updated. For students, a tour of the “secrets of the plague city” was created, based on real detective history.

The Research Department of TIC conducts a survey to compile a portrait of a tourist, which allows you to better understand the needs and preferences of visitors. This year, the GSTO actively participated in the work, which became an important step in the development of educational programs for schoolchildren. For more than three years, the GSTO has been given the opportunity to study the natural and historical objects of Sevastopol.
