A mobile medical complex is leaving the villages of the Nizhnegorsk region to conduct medical examinations and preventive medical examinations of the population. Sergey Protsky, chief physician of the Nizhnegorsk Regional Hospital, told about this.

At the same time, in feldsher-obstetric stations and medical outpatient clinics, local residents undergo other activities provided for by the medical examination program — electrocardiography, measurement of blood pressure, intraocular pressure, blood is taken from patients for biochemical tests, women are examined, where they take a smear for cytology. Patients who, according to the results of diagnostics, have pathologies, are sent to the second stage of medical examination to clarify the diagnosis and prescribe treatment , the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea notes.

Over the past year, the mobile complex carried out 52 visits, during which 3 452 people were examined. This year, outreach activities in the villages of the Nizhnegorsky district continue — planned 72 departure. Medics have already visited three settlements: on the basis of a medical outpatient clinic in the village of Akimovka, a person was examined 51, on the basis of FAPs in the villages of Zarechye and Izobilnoe — 58 and 41 people, respectively.

In the near future, field medical examinations will be carried out for residents of the villages of Lomonosovo, Zorkino, Mikhailovka, Okhotskoye, Zhemchuzhnoye and Kostochkovka . Thus, the availability of preventive medical measures for the population is ensured — rural residents can undergo the first stage of clinical examination and professional examinations without leaving the district hospital.
