The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol completed the investigation of a criminal case against a resident of Yalta, accused of providing services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers, resulting in negligence in causing grievous harm to health (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
